Domestic Ground Shipping Rates

MetroShoeWarehouse.com offers many shipping options within the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Orders typically ship within 24 to 72 hours of ordering
  • Orders delivered within 3 to 8 Business Days
  • No weekend delivery
  • Free Tracking and Insurance Included.
  • MetroShoeWarehouse.com ships to most countries worldwide. Your orders will be professionally packed in high density poly shipping bags or corrugated cardboard boxes to insure a safe and quick delivery. All packages are shipped by UPS and USPS.
  • All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and any US Military APO/FPO must ship by USPS Priority Mail (and are not eligible for free shipping promotions).  We do not offer any expedited shipping methods to these locations and standard shipping does not apply.
  • UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Time in transits noted below are business days not including weekends or holidays.
  • USPS does not deliver on Sunday. Time in transits noted below do not include Sunday or holidays.
  • If a purchase is returned to us due to invalid shipping address, refusal of shipment, or receiver not available the item will be refunded minus the shipping costs so that you may reattempt to order the item.

Expedited Shipping Rates

  • All expedited orders must ship to a physical address no P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Expedited orders will ship within 24 hours of ordering excluding holidays and weekends. Please note in stock orders placed on weekends will ship on Monday.
  • Expedited shipping not available for weekend delivery.

International Shipping Rates

 

  • Shipping to all countries is $35 (USD) per shipment.
  • All international packages are shipped vis USPS Express Mail International
  • Shipments to Russia, Lithuania, Kazakhstan may experience a 2-3 day delay in shipment.

  • We do not ship to Iraq, Afghanistan, Mexico, Africa.
  • We CANNOT fulfill orders of MERRELL or Chaco merchandise outside the Unites States. Any purchases made for these brands with an international shipping address will be canceled and refunded.
  • It may take 2 to 3 days for your items to clear customs. MetroShoe Warehouse.com is not responsible for any delay's caused by customs.
  • Taxes and duties will be charged to the customer upon delivery. We are unable to mark the items we ship as “gift” to avoid the appropriate fees.
