MetroShoeWarehouse.com stands behind all of its
products. If your purchase does not fit your needs, you may return
your purchase for an exchange or refund within 60 days of shipment.
Shoes must be in original condition must include original packaging to be eligible for return/exchange. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free exchanges on International, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii , or APO orders at this time.
Free Exchange Policy:
We make exchanges easy for our customers. If you find that the color,
size, or style does not work for your needs we will send you an electronic
UPS return label for you to attach to your box to make your exchange. Please
note this is only good for one free exchange per order. |

Once we receive this email we will issue a UPS electronic return
label (this process can take up to 24 hours). Please print off the return label and stick it to the outside of the shipping box/packaging. . Please use the shipping carton
and include all original packaging.* |

Please drop your package at any UPS drop box, UPS Store, or it
may be given to your UPS driver if you have a daily pickup for return
to MetroShoeWarehouse.com. |

*Once an RA # is given, your exchange pair will be held for 10 days. After 10 days, the item will be returned to inventory. |

| *Worn shoes will not be allowed for exchange and will be returned to sender. |
| *Returned items must include all original packaging and all tags must be attached. Shoe boxes can not be taped up. If an item is return without all original packaging or is taped up, a fee may be applied or the item will be refused. |
| *Freight is non-refundable on international returns unless there is a shipping error. |
| *ANY PURCHASE MADE THROUGH A 3RD PARTY OR AFFILIATE WEBSITE DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR FREE EXCHANGES |

it will be processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends) and your
exchange item will be shipped back to you. |

| Easy Returns Policy: |

All International, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii , and APO customers are required to return orders at their own costs. |
