Free Exchange Policy and Easy Returns:

MetroShoeWarehouse.com stands behind all of its products. If your purchase does not fit your needs, you may return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 60 days of shipment. Shoes must be in original condition must include original packaging to be eligible for return/exchange.

Free Exchange Policy:
We make exchanges easy for our customers. If you find that the color, size, or style does not work for your needs we will send you an electronic UPS return label for you to attach to your box to make your exchange. Please note this is only good for one free exchange per order.

Free Exchanges in Three Easy Steps:
Please click on the following link and fill out all of the information on the exchange form.
Once we receive this email we will issue a UPS electronic return label (this process can take up to 24 hours). Please print off the return label and stick it to the outside of the shipping box/packaging. . Please use the shipping carton and include all original packaging.*
Please drop your package at any UPS drop box, UPS Store, or it may be given to your UPS driver if you have a daily pickup for return to MetroShoeWarehouse.com.
 
*Worn shoes will not be allowed for exchange and will be returned to sender.
 
Once we receive your shoe for exchange it will be processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends) and your exchange item will be shipped back to you.

Easy Returns Policy:
We make returns easy for our customers. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable and $8.95 plus $4.00 for each additional item returned will be deducted from your refund or credit if you use our pre-paid return label.

Refund Form
Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of receipt of your return. Please allow 4 to 7 business days for the refund credit to appear on your credit card/bank statement.
