like to purchase available when calling.
I filled out a return form, when should I receive a response?
We typically respond within 24 hours with a return label. If a return form is filled out over the weekend, you will not receive a response until Monday.
I never received my electronic label, what do I do?
First, check your spam/junk filter or folder. If you do not receive it after 24 hours, you can call us at 1-866-417-9569 or email us at customerservice@metroshoewarehouse.com and we will verify your email address.
My shoes do not fit, how do I exchange them?
Please go to our website www.metroshoewarehouse.com and click on the Return Policy tab at the top of the page. Once you click there it will give you detailed instructions and you will need to fill out a return form. Once you submit a return form, you will receive a pre-paid return label through email to print off and ship the shoes back to us.
Do you have locations outside of Oklahoma?
Unfortunately we only have one location, and it is in Oklahoma.
