Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
Currently Oklahoma, Texas, California, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Florida residents have to pay sales tax on their purchases.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, you can call 1-866-417-9569. Please have the brand, style, color, and size of the item you would like to purchase available when calling.
I filled out a return form, when should I receive a response?
We typically respond within 24 hours with a return label. If a return form is filled out over the weekend, you will not receive a response until Monday.
I never received my electronic label, what do I do?
First, check your spam/junk filter or folder. If you do not receive it after 24 hours, you can call us at 1-866-417-9569 or email us at email@example.com and we will verify your email address.
My shoes do not fit, how do I exchange them?
Please go to our website www.metroshoewarehouse.com and click on the Return Policy tab at the top of the page. Once you click there it will give you detailed instructions and you will need to fill out a return form. Once you submit a return form, you will receive a pre-paid return label through email to print off and ship the shoes back to us.
Do you have locations outside of Oklahoma?
Unfortunately we are based in Oklahoma and only have stores in Oklahoma.
I have sent an item back for a refund can you credit a different card than the card I used when I made the purchase?
Unfortunately we can only refund the exact payment method used when the purchase was made.
Can I use MetroShoe Warehouse gift cards on the website?
Unfortunately at this time we cannot process gift cards on the website, please go to one of our local stores.
